I agree that once I have placed my order, I will email a list of guest names for each table to studio@dakotagray.co.uk including my order number in the subject line. The guests on each table will be in the order I wish them to be displayed, and I understand that it is my responsibility to spell check all of the names within the list. I understand that the lead time for my order will not start until I have sent over the guest list. I confirm that the list will be sent within 7 working days or my order may be cancelled.

Each of our signs are made from 3mm thick acrylic and are available in various sizes to suit your event needs: the A2 size accommodates up to 6 tables plus a top table, while A1 or larger sizes are perfect for events with 7 tables or more.

Choose from a range of stunning colour combinations to match your wedding theme, and consider upgrading to our 3D acrylic options for a truly breathtaking visual effect. This design is available in vinyl only, or you can choose to upgrade just the heading to 3d acrylic, or the heading plus the table numbers. Make your seating plan a standout feature with our customisable, high-quality acrylic designs.

How to personalise:

Once you have selected all your colour and size options, simply place your order and email us your guest list. Be sure to send your list in the exact order that you wish it to appear on your sign. Emails should be sent to studio@dakotagray.co.uk and include your order number in the subject line. Table numbers will in the format shown on in the pictures but if you'd like to customise with something different, drop us a message prior to placing your order to check that can accommodate your request.
